Jamie’s Jerk Ham
2014 was the first time we cooked Christmas Eve dinner. We wanted to do something simple but with a little wow factor, something delicious. So who do we turn to? The king of the kitchen (not John this time), Jamie Oliver and his delicious Jerk Ham. John was our chef, and may I say “Damn! The boy can cook”. Well it’s one of the many reasons I married him.
